TimeTag is a photo and video capture application that allows users to create photos and videos with additional information and tags, including location, GPS, date, time, travel-related information, driver-related information, and other supported details.
TimeTag also provides QR code scanning functionality for obtaining information encoded in QR codes.
TimeTag provides certain features without requiring a purchase. Free features may include a limited number of photo captures and other features determined by the application.

TimeTag may request access to your camera, microphone, Photos library, and location services.
These permissions are required to provide the application's photo and video capture, audio recording, media storage, tagging, GPS, GeoTag, and related features.
You may control these permissions through your device settings. Restricting certain permissions may prevent corresponding features from working correctly.
You are responsible for the photos, videos, location information, audio, tags, QR code information, and other content you create or process using TimeTag.
You agree to use TimeTag in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
When recording other individuals, locations, vehicles, or private property, you are responsible for obtaining any permissions or consents required by applicable law.
TimeTag may use device-provided information such as GPS location, date, and time to create tags or other information associated with your photos and videos.
The accuracy of this information may depend on your device, location services, GPS availability, network conditions, and other factors. TimeTag does not guarantee that location, date, time, or other generated information will always be completely accurate.
TimeTag may allow you to scan QR codes and obtain information encoded within them.
You are responsible for determining whether information obtained from a QR code is trustworthy or appropriate. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, security, or reliability of information provided by third-party QR codes.
TimeTag, including its software, design, interface, branding, graphics, and other original content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application except where permitted by applicable law.
TimeTag is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the application will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system version.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising from or related to your use of TimeTag.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of your photos, videos, and other important content.
We may modify these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of TimeTag after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms of Use.
